What is your jewelry made of?

Solid gold, 14K or 18K depending on the piece (yellow, white or rose), and on request platinum. Diamonds are natural, conflict-free and ethically sourced; selected center stones come with GIA certification. Each product page lists the exact metal and stones.

Who makes the jewelry?

Every piece is designed and handcrafted by Margaret Krinetz in her Tel Aviv studio. Margaret studied physics and biology, and her collections, like Wavy and Stellar, grow out of that background.

How long does it take to make my piece?

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks depending on the design. Pieces in stock ship within 2 to 5 days. If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders ship via DHL Express, tracked and signed for, usually arriving in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is a flat $150 and free on orders over $1,500. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Local orders in Israel are delivered by Tapuz.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. For other pieces, see our returns and exchanges page.

Can you make a custom piece?

Can my ring be resized or repaired?

Many pieces can be resized or repaired. See repairs and resizing for details and pricing.

How do I care for gold jewelry?

Solid gold does not tarnish. Clean it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, dry it with a soft cloth, and store each piece separately to avoid scratches.
