If you received a damaged piece - contact us within 14 days and get a replacement with no further costs.
If any Repairs are needed contact us and we will be happy assist - Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $30, plus shipping.
Repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer.
Repairs requiring international shipping will be charged for two-way shipping.
We do not accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler.

Some of our pieces can be resized.
Pricing for resizing starts mostlly at $60 and varies depending on style.
Resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Shipping and Package Info
We usually ship with DHL express, you can track here your package location. Every shipping is secured and insured, we require signature at delivery for package insurance. If you request to cancel the signature you also cancel the insurance.

Lead Times
Please allow 3-4 weeks to manufacture your jewelry pieces, we source best quality diamond and gemstones and each piece is handmade and goes through quality control before shipping, shipping is additional 2-5 days.
